Thanks to all who came last Thursday. If you missed last week, no worries...we just played a few get to know you games and talked about our plan for the year:
~We will be starting to study the book of Esther using the Beth Moore DVD set. We will begin this study in a few weeks. We also have a work book that goes along with the study. If you would like us to order it for you, please let us know. The cost of the book is $15 and we are also asking for a $5 donation to help pay for random costs throughout the year (food, plates, gifts, etc.)
~Until then, we will continue to meet for social gatherings each thursday in the clubhouse over at Midwestern's on-campus housing from 6:45-8:45pm.
~If you are coming from off campus, you can reach the entrance to the apartments from 57th Ave. It is on the north side of campus. The gate is on 57th Ave and you can call to be let in by dialing 450 and press call. Then myself, or my husband will beep you in. Drive through the gate and take your first left. You will pass building L on your right and then you will notice uncovered parking spaces on the right after you pass building L. Park in an uncovered parking space and then the clubhouse is across the street from the parking spaces to the left. The clubhouse is in the middle of the apartments between buildings F and E.
